Beef Tallow - small pail
Discover the health benefits of cooking with omega 3 and CLA-rich grass-fed tallow! Our tallow (sometimes known as lard) is simply rendered beef suet. Naturally pure white to light yellow in color with omega 6:3 ratios similar to fish. Not all fats are created equal and our beef tallow has plenty of CLA, "the good, natural trans fat".
