Each package contains 4-7 thinly sliced Sandwich Steaks for stir fry or sandwiches and are very lean cuisine. Cooking in simmering coconut oil, olive oil or butter will preserve tenderness by holding moisture in the thin slices of sirloin. They also take very well to marinades.
Each package weighs 16 oz total. All of our beef products are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. Buy in bulk and save! Buy at least 12 steaks and save 10% per steak.
