Each one pound package contains: 6 franks averaging 2.66 ounces each. Save 10% by purchasing 12 to 24 packages. Save 15% by purchasing 25+ packages. Ingredients: beef, water, sea salt, spices (pepper, cardamom, mace, coriander, nutmeg, allspice) paprika, beet powder, onion powder, garlic powder and garlic Cooking suggestion: These franks are fully cooked- simply thaw and warm. Brief warming in a skillet, boiling water, microwave, convection oven or grill is all that is needed to enjoy these delicious franks! Storage suggestion: Since we do not use preservatives, the franks are not shelf stable and will need to be refrigerated. Once thawed, they may be stored in the refrigerator for 7-10 days. For long term storage, we recommend freezing.
