Raw Havarti grass-fed cheese is produced from Jersey cows at an Amish grass-fed dairy in Indiana and is absolutely wonderful. Being new to Havarti, the US Wellness staff immediately put it on the must-sell list after taste testing. Each wedge weighs in at an average of 10.5 ounces. Wedges will vary slightly as the product is hand sliced prior to vacuum packaging.
All of our raw cheeses are sourced from 100% grass-fed cattle.
