From the lambs raised by David and Nancy Birch in Missouri to the bison from Lee and Mary Graese's Wisconsin pasture, our animals are managed by farmers with a personal commitment to health and excellence.
At the heart of U.S. Wellness Meats are the four farms owned by the families that started the company back in 2000: the Woods, the Leesers, the Suters, and the Crums.
