Ever heard of CrossFit? It’s the new fitness and lifestyle craze sweeping the country. CrossFit combines an array of sports and workouts—from gymnastics to weightlifting—into ever-changing, short and extreme "WOD" (workouts of the day) for an end to exercise burnout.

Here at USWM, we’re pretty familiar with the simple—but effective—new fitness craze, especially as we hear more and more from our loyal CrossFit customers (including the Flatirons CrossFit team, above).
