Ingredients
1 round steak
Flour
4 medium potatoes, shredded
2 carrots, shredded
1 onion , chopped
1 ½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 cup water
Cut
steak into large pieces; dredge in flour and brown lightly
on both sides. Place potatoes, carrots, onion, salt and
pepper on steak. Simmer in small amount of water about 15
minutes or until done. Add additional water if needed.
