1. Sear uniformly

2. Cook under low heat for duration. Grass-fed beef prepares much faster than regular beef due to lower intramuscular fat levels.

3. Let the steak rest for several minutes after preparation. This enables moisture to uniformly distribute within the cut, capitalizing tenderness.

4. Zest tip: MOJO sauce will help preserve moisture and enhance flavor.
